Švédsky podnikateľ, ktorý
založil predajnú sieť s nábytkom IKEA Ingvar Kamprad je bohatší ako zakladateľ Microsoftu Bill Gates. Vyplýva to zo zoznamu 100 najbohatších obyvateľov Švédska, ktorý včera zverejnil švédsky ekonomický týždenník Veckans Affarer.
Podľa prieskumu dosahuje majetok 77-ročného Kamprada 400 miliárd švédskych korún (53 miliárd amerických dolárov), čo prevyšuje odhadovaný majetok Billa Gatesa, ktorý podľa amerického magazínu Forbes dosahuje 46,6 miliardy dolárov.
Podľa Forbesu, ktorý vo februári zverejnil rebríček
najbohatších ľudí sveta, sa Kamprad, ktorý je známy svojim skromnými zvykmi, ako je lietanie v turistickej triede a jazdením na starom aute značky Volvo, obsadil až 13. miesto s majetkom dosahujúcim 18,5 miliardy eur.
Ingvar Kamprad sa už dlho nepodieľa na bežnom chode
obchodov s nábytkom IKEA, ktorých je v 31 rôznych krajinách viac ako 180. Vlastníctvo spoločnosti prenechal svojej rodine. Podľa správy odvysielanej švédskymi médiami je hlavným dôvodom víťazstva Kamprada pokles doláru voči ostatným menám.
